Overnight Oats Recipe: Easy, Healthy Breakfast

Creamy, no-cook overnight oats with fruit and nuts, ideal for quick, healthy breakfasts.

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup milk
  • ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup blueberries or strawberries
  • 2 tbsp sliced almonds or walnuts
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter

Instructions
 

  • Mix oats, milk, yogurt, chia, syrup, vanilla, and cinnamon in a jar
  • Stir in half the berries and nuts; add peanut butter
  • Cover and refrigerate for 4+ hours
  • Top with remaining berries and nuts
  • Serve cold or slightly warmed

Notes

  • Use rolled oats for texture
  • Adjust milk for consistency
  • Store in fridge for 5 days; don’t freeze
  • Serve with coffee or juice
