Overnight Oats Recipe: Easy, Healthy Breakfast

- ½ cup rolled oats
- ½ cup milk
- ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ cup blueberries or strawberries
- 2 tbsp sliced almonds or walnuts
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
Mix oats, milk, yogurt, chia, syrup, vanilla, and cinnamon in a jar
Stir in half the berries and nuts; add peanut butter
Cover and refrigerate for 4+ hours
Top with remaining berries and nuts
Serve cold or slightly warmed
