- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ⅓ cup brown sugar
- 6 tbsp unsalted butter melted
- 24 oz full-fat cream cheese softened
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- ¼ cup powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 ¼ cups heavy whipping cream cold
- Optional: ½ tsp lemon zest
- Optional: berries chocolate, or whipped cream
Mix crumbs, sugar, and butter; press into 9-inch springform pan; freeze 15 minutes
Whip cream to stiff peaks
Beat cream cheese, sugars, lemon juice, vanilla, and zest until smooth
Fold whipped cream into the cheese mixture
Spread over the crust; chill 6+ hours
Top and serve
