No Bake Cheesecake Recipe: Creamy Classic Dessert

A creamy, classic no-bake cheesecake with a buttery graham cracker crust, ideal for easy desserts.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • cup brown sugar
  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 24 oz full-fat cream cheese softened
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 ¼ cups heavy whipping cream cold
  • Optional: ½ tsp lemon zest
  • Optional: berries chocolate, or whipped cream

Instructions
 

  • Mix crumbs, sugar, and butter; press into 9-inch springform pan; freeze 15 minutes
  • Whip cream to stiff peaks
  • Beat cream cheese, sugars, lemon juice, vanilla, and zest until smooth
  • Fold whipped cream into the cheese mixture
  • Spread over the crust; chill 6+ hours
  • Top and serve

Notes

  • Use full-fat cream cheese
  • Chill overnight for the best set
  • Store in fridge for 5 days or freeze for 3 months
  • Serve with fruit or sauce
