- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ¾ cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup Italian-seasoned breadcrumbs
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 8 oz spaghetti or linguine
- 2 tbsp fresh basil chopped
- Optional: ½ tsp red pepper flakes
Pound chicken cutlets; season with salt and pepper
Dredge in flour, egg, and breadcrumb-Parmesan mix
Fry cutlets 3-4 minutes per side; drain
Top with marinara, cheeses; bake at 400°F for 10-12 minutes
Cook pasta; drain
Serve with pasta, sauce, and basil
