- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 12 oz fettuccine pasta
- ½ cup unsalted butter
- 1 ½ cups heavy cream
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 ½ cups grated Parmesan cheese
- ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
- Optional: ¼ tsp red pepper flakes
Season chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder
Cook chicken in oil; slice
Boil fettuccine until al dente; drain
Melt butter, cook garlic; add cream, nutmeg, Parmesan
Toss pasta, chicken, and sauce; add pasta water if needed
Garnish with parsley; serve
