Ingredients
  

  • 4 bone-in pork chops
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary
  • ¼ cup apple cider vinegar

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F; pat chops dry
  • Rub chops with oil and spice mix
  • Sear chops in skillet 3-4 minutes per side
  • Add butter; deglaze with vinegar if using
  • Bake 8-12 minutes until 145°F
  • Rest 5 minutes; serve with pan juices
