- ¾ cup all-purpose flour
- ¾ cup rolled oats
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup unsalted butter, cubed
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ cup Optional: chopped pecans
- ½ tsp Optional: vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 350°F; grease 8x8-inch dish
Toss apples with sugar, lemon, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla
Mix flour, oats, brown sugar, salt, nuts; cut in butter
